Cross-platform account transfers can only be handled by contacting the Customer Support Team. Please do so by sending us in a ticket via the in-game messaging system.
This means that accounts linked on GooglePlay can only be accessed on an Android device.
Accounts linked with AppleID can only be accessed by an iOS device.
Once you’ve confirmed you’re only using the same platform, you can follow the below steps to restore your cloud-save to your device:
- Tap the Settings icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen
- In the Settings menu, under the 'Link your Account' heading, tap the 'Sign In' button for your device appropriate service
Here you can see we are on Android and will Sign in with our Google Play account
- You'll be prompted to sign in with your appropriate service

After signing in, a progress selection will be prompted and you may choose your previous save or the Cloud Save option to recover your progress. We recommend always choosing the highest Episode when selecting which progress to recover.
Here you can see that our cloud-save progress is at Episode 25, whilst our local-save progress is at Episode 1.
