Upgrading a Character further enhances their bonuses. The Character Collection screen will display your character's current benefit as well as the enhanced bonus of the subsequent level after you are upgraded.
Characters can either increase their revenue in merit points, hasten the creation process, or enhance post-episode mini-game scenarios, depending on the symbol of the bonus.
